Food was nice, but paid for sauces that were included in the meal I ordered but asked for them to be separate instead of on top of the food, they charged full price for the sauces I’d already paid for when I collected it, don’t mind a small charge as they’d need to use tubs etc which is a cost to them but to charge full price for the sauces isn’t good

Im a first time customer, and have to say that the fish&chips; were absolutely delicious, couldn't fault them. And the delivery Lady was lovely, polite and very friendly. Will definitely be ordering again.

I have been coming here for years and have always been happy. Today I ordered a pizza and fish and chips. I arrived at the time given but the pizza wasn’t done, however, the fish and chips had already been wrapped and were sat waiting. The pizza was 20 mins late so the fish and chips had been just sat all that time. When I got them home the fish was soggy and greasy and the chips were cold, they went straight in the bin! I’m really annoyed, not because they were running late, things happen, just why wrap them up and let them sit there, just a total waste of money ????
